Job Title: Remote UI/UX Designer (Premium + Motion‑Ready UI)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000 - 4,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via bank transfer

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time

About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing New York–based creative agency specializing in high-impact, performance-driven campaigns for e-commerce and tech brands. Their work generates millions of views across platforms like X (Twitter) and LinkedIn, blending premium design, motion storytelling, and data-driven strategy.

They are expanding their design team and seeking a UI/UX Designer with premium visual polish and strong motion literacy — someone who creates digital experiences that feel cinematic, modern, and intentionally crafted.

This is not a graphic design role. This is not a motion execution role. This is a premium UI/UX role focused on designing motion-ready digital interfaces.

Job Overview:

The UI/UX Designer will create high-polish digital interfaces, styleframes, and motion-ready UI systems that guide animators and editors. You will define the visual direction of digital experiences before animation begins, ensuring every screen feels intentional, elegant, and cohesive.

You will work primarily in Figma, designing UI that translates seamlessly into motion.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-polish, cinematic styleframes that define visual direction, mood, and narrative flow
  • Design premium, cinematic UI with strong layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
  • Create motion-ready styleframes for digital interfaces (not video graphics)
  • Build UI component systems that animators can translate into transitions and interactions
  • Develop typography systems, color palettes, and layout frameworks
  • Translate abstract concepts into cohesive visual narratives and UX flows
  • Collaborate with motion designers to ensure UI animates smoothly and intentionally
  • Prepare layered, organized design files for seamless handoff
  • Iterate quickly based on creative direction and client feedback
  • Maintain clean file structure, naming conventions, and version control

Required:

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong digital-first portfolio
  • Portfolio demonstrating premium UI, strong composition, and storytelling through screens
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
  • Strong understanding of motion principles (timing, easing, hierarchy, transitions)
  • Ability to design UI that feels luxurious, modern, and cinematic
  • Strong typography, spacing, and layout discipline
  • Ability to translate UI into motion-ready assets
  • Fast iteration speed and ability to take direction well
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
Preferred:
  • Experience collaborating with motion designers or animation teams
  • Familiarity with high-virality social content
  • Experience in creative agencies or tech-focused environments
  • Understanding of how UI screens animate and transition in motion sequences
