Remote AI Software Sales Representative

Location: Fully Remote — United States Only
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: Commission Only — Uncapped Commissions
Schedule: Flexible — Set Your Own Hours

Turn Your Software Sales Experience Into Uncapped Earnings

We are hiring experienced, self-motivated sales professionals to sell an innovative AI-powered HR and recruiting software platform to staffing companies and recruitment agencies.

This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity for someone who wants the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, manage their own schedule, and directly influence how much they earn.

There is no base salary and no cap on commissions. The more software sales you generate, the more your earnings grow.

This is not an entry-level sales position. The strongest candidates will have previous B2B SaaS or software sales experience, particularly in outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, and new customer acquisition.

Professionals with a background in staffing, recruiting, human resources, HR technology, or artificial intelligence may also be well positioned to succeed when combined with proven sales experience.

About the Software

The product is an AI-powered HR and recruitment software platform designed for staffing companies and recruitment agencies.

It helps recruiting teams:

  • Identify and rank qualified candidates faster
  • Reduce time spent manually reviewing applicants
  • Generate professional, client-ready candidate resumes
  • Identify potential candidate gaps
  • Create targeted interview questions
  • Streamline candidate screening and recruiting workflows
  • Spend more time building relationships and placing candidates

As an AI software sales representative, you will help staffing and recruitment professionals understand how the platform can save time, improve efficiency, and support better hiring decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prospect staffing companies, recruitment agencies, and other potential HR technology customers throughout the United States.
  • Build your own sales pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other outbound prospecting methods.
  • Connect with agency owners, recruiting leaders, staffing professionals, and other decision-makers.
  • Introduce prospective customers to the AI recruiting software and explain its value.
  • Learn about each prospect’s recruiting challenges and determine whether the platform is a good fit.
  • Schedule and conduct software product demonstrations.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
  • Build professional relationships with staffing and recruitment decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate prospect, outreach, and sales activity in the CRM.
  • Gather customer and prospect feedback to help improve sales messaging and the overall sales process.
  • Convert qualified prospects into paying software customers.
  • Earn uncapped commissions based on the sales you generate.

Minimum Experience Requirements

Applicants must meet at least one of the following experience paths:

  • At least one year of B2B SaaS or software sales experience, including experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, product demonstrations, account acquisition, or closing new business;

OR

  • At least two years of experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related HR field, plus at least one year of B2B sales, business development, account management, or outbound prospecting experience.

Applicants who do not meet at least one of these experience paths will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience independently identifying and contacting prospective customers.
  • Confidence speaking with business owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
  • Experience generating leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, or other outbound sales methods.
  • The ability to communicate the value of software clearly and confidently.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline from initial outreach through follow-up and closing.
  • A track record of meeting sales, revenue, appointment-setting, or business-development goals.
  • Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage your own schedule and work independently.
  • Comfort working in a commission-only sales environment.
  • Motivation to increase your earnings through your own performance.
  • The discipline and self-direction required to succeed in a fully remote role.
  • Current residence within the United States.
