Human Resources Director (Remote)

Maximus is currently hiring for a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director serves as the senior workforce management leader responsible for the strategic planning, recruitment, retention, onboarding, workforce readiness, employee engagement, and personnel lifecycle management of a globally distributed workforce supporting mission‑critical federal programs.

This position is pending upon contract award. It requires active secret clearance at minimum.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing business decisions through a deep understanding of business operations, industry trends, and HR analytics, while also advising on complex business issues.

  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and ensuring the team is aligned with business goals and equipped to execute HR initiatives effectively.

Minimum Requirements

'- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required
