Product Designer (UX/UI Designer – SaaS Products)

Location: Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico (Remote) Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the end-to-end user experience across web and mobile SaaS applications.

This role combines user research, product thinking, UX strategy, interface design, and design systems to create intuitive, scalable, and visually polished digital experiences.

You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to improve usability, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

UX Research & Product Discovery

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
  • Translate research into:
    • User personas
    • Journey maps
    • User flows
    • Information architecture
    • Product requirements
  • Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements.
  • Leverage product analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude to inform design decisions.

UX/UI Design

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
  • Create responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Deliver polished, modern SaaS product experiences.
  • Build intuitive workflows that improve usability and task completion.

Design Systems & Component Libraries

  • Build and maintain scalable design systems.
  • Create reusable components and UI patterns.
  • Establish standards for:
    • Typography
    • Color systems
    • Spacing
    • Interaction patterns
    • Accessibility
  • Ensure consistency across all product experiences.

User Experience Optimization

  • Conduct usability testing and gather customer feedback.
  • Run A/B tests on:
    • Layouts
    • User flows
    • Navigation structures
    • Interaction patterns
  • Improve:
    • User engagement

    • Feature adoption
    • Conversion rates
  • Iterate quickly based on research findings and product analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in product planning, discovery, and design reviews.
  • Deliver developer-ready designs using:

    • Design documentation
  • Provide clear interaction specifications and implementation guidance.

Accessibility & Design Quality

  • Design experiences aligned with WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Ensure usability across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
  • Advocate for user-centered design best practices across the organization.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
