Reconcile inventory and follow up with issues including miscounts to ensure accurate results; utilize results in partnership with merchants and stores to increase awareness of exposures and develop strategies to reduce shrink. Facilitate the development, implementation, and ongoing execution of Loss Prevention initiatives, programs, and services as it relates to technology and systems. Review EDI invoicing in detail to identify and resolve shortage exposures, including ensuring correct retail and allocation. Lead project plans from concept to completion and work effectively with internal partners (e.g., Regional Loss Prevention Directors, Store Operations, Store Communications, IT, Learning & Development, Home Office Merchants) to drive results. Support the execution, communication, and follow-up of store operational procedures in relation to Loss Prevention (e.g., cycle counts, stock counts, manifest, overdue receipts, and new operational procedures). Support field partners to execute company-related shrink programs designed to reduce inventory shrink and protect company assets. Enhance and ensure loss prevention programs support the delivery of the four core service principles. Determine Shortage Control Target Stores, complete shrink analysis, and execute high shrink visits. Facilitate research and resolutions of store-specific shrink issues. Consistently display exceptional business writing skills. Position Requirements Ability to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters and respond effectively to such situations. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite required, specifically intermediate Excel skills. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. A high degree of motivation, resourcefulness, and positive energy.
