You’ll Do<br><br></strong>Essential Functions:<br><br><ul><li>Provide physical therapy services by administering treatment protocols under the supervision of a physical therapist to support patients in their care journey </li><li>Monitor patients' response to their plan of care and directly report any changes to the PT immediately </li><li>Understands patient health by reviewing patients charts and studying therapy notes and histories. </li><li>Support patients in their virtual physical therapy program by instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients with their plan of care. </li><li>Increase effectiveness of Vori physical therapists by identifying patient care issues. </li><li>Documents patient care services by charting in patient records. </li><li>Documenting other clinical related activities as directed by your supervisor and Vori Health. </li><li>Maintains legal and accreditation compliance by adhering to policy positions concerning federal, state, and local regulations and JACHO standards. </li><li>Obtain and maintain multiple state licenses as directed by Vori Health (expenses related to licensure are paid by Vori Health). </li><li>Continue to update your knowledge of physical therapy through educational opportunities, reading periodicals, and professional contacts. </li><li>Enhances the patient experience at Vori Health through patient-centered virtual interactions. </li><li>Promotes the Vori Health reputation by commitment to high quality standards for physical therapy and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. </li><li>Communicate and assist other Vori care team members as needed to provide care and create an orderly and effective treatment of rehabilitation and physical therapy </li><li>Meet company and <br><br></li></ul><strong>Required<br><br></strong><strong>Who You Are:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Associates degree for physical therapy assistant </li><li>Active, unencumbered PTA in your home state </li><li>Reside in a state which is part of the Physical Therapy Compact </li><li>Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in digital care or outpatient physical therapy clinic evaluating and treating patients with a range of musculoskeletal pain conditions. </li><li>Demonstrated competence and passion for digital care delivery or telehealth: Comfort evaluating and treating patients remotely utilizing a variety of digital tools to manage care and experience administering a wide range of physical therapy techniques delivered digitally </li><li>Proven record of matching patient needs to treatment plans and proven record of implementing these plans safely and effectively </li><li>Strong experience administering a wide range of physical therapy techniques delivered digitally </li><li>A strong sense of empathy and the ability to motivate patients into pushing their limits in a responsible, safe way </li><li>Ability to create effective therapeutic alliances with patients while providing exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while working across custom software during patient care delivery. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills </li><li>Critical thinking skills, flexibility, and the ability
