About the role

Our team is looking for positive, enthusiastic individuals to support customers in a part-time Loan Sales role focused on text-based communication. Reprise Financial is a fast-growing consumer finance lender that provides personal loan solutions through a convenient online process. In this role, you will engage with customers and potential customers across the country through clear, friendly, and professional written messaging, helping them understand their loan options and move confidently through the application process. This position requires availability for evening, night, and weekend hours to support customers when they need us most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while staying aligned with management guidance, team expectations, and customer communication standards.

  • Communicate with customers primarily through text-based channels, using clear, professional, accurate, and customer-friendly written communication.

  • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and objections through thoughtful written messages that build confidence and keep the application process moving forward.

  • Engage with customers who have started the application process, providing timely support, education, and next-step guidance related to their loan options.

  • Apply a strong understanding of loan sales, customer needs, and product value to tailor messaging and help customers evaluate available lending options.

  • Build strong rapport and trust with customers by using friendly, polished, and persuasive writing that reflects Reprise Financial’s customer-first approach.

  • Guide customers through the loan application process, including verifying information, assisting with document uploads, answering questions, and addressing objections.

  • Maintain accurate, detailed notes and documentation in internal systems to support a smooth customer experience and clear application history.

  • Manage multiple customer conversations and application tasks efficiently while meeting service, quality, and response-time expectations.

  • Complete sales and product training to strengthen knowledge of loan products, customer messaging, objection handling, and internal systems.

  • Follow Reprise Financial policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal lending laws and compliance guidelines.

  • Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics while actively seeking feedback and using coaching to improve communication quality, sales effectiveness, and customer outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Knowledge of consumer lending products, credit reporting, and underwriting support functions.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center setting, preferably with a dialer system or handling high volume calls.

  • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.

  • Coachable and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of sales/customer service techniques and principles

  • Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills/tactics

  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Self-motivated, performance oriented

  • Ability to adapt to changing sales scenarios and customer needs

Current anticipated working hours include:

  • Monday - Friday: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. CST

  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST

  • Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. CST

These hours reflect the current anticipated schedule and may vary based on business needs. Final schedules will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Location

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best! While you’ll primarily work from home, you are always welcome to visit our office in Irving, TX, whenever you choose. We encourage our remote team members to stay connected through regular virtual meetings and team events. All team members must reside in one of our approved locations by their start date, ensuring you remain part of our collaborative community.

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $19 to $20 per hour, depending on relevant experience.
