  • Proven ability to build value chain engagement, deepen strategic customer partnerships, and establish robust opportunity pipelines across complex global markets.

  • Strong command of commercial strategy, including pricing, value propositions, market entry, customer segmentation, and go-to-market execution.

  • Demonstrated success translating strategy into scalable execution models, governance structures, operating rhythms, and cross-functional accountability.

  • Track record of accelerating innovation commercialization through effective partnership with R&D, business, technical, and commercial teams.

  • Inspirational talent developer with the ability to build, coach, and empower entrepreneurial, outcome-oriented teams across regions and functions.

  • Highly influential enterprise leader who can align senior stakeholders, challenge conventional thinking, and drive decisions that create long-term value for Dow.

  • Deep understanding of the automotive value chain and emerging growth platforms in battery, power electronics, lightweighting, and sustainable materials.

  • Outcome orientation measured through technical readiness, pipeline progression, spec-ins, innovation revenue, EBITDA growth, and executive confidence in growth governance and decision quality.
