Schedule: Tuesday - Friday | 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on sports card knowledge and experience)

What You'll Do

You'll become the second set of eyes for our live shows while helping create an incredible customer experience.

Responsibilities include

  • Moderate the live chat throughout every stream while maintaining a fun, positive, family-friendly environment.
  • Welcome new viewers, answer questions, acknowledge customers by name, and help create a community people want to return to every night.
  • Keep conversations moving during slower moments by interacting with viewers and supporting the breaker throughout the show.
  • Monitor auctions, team availability, giveaways, and stream activity to help maintain smooth pacing during fast-moving live breaks.
  • Watch for spam, inappropriate comments, or disruptive behavior and assist in keeping the chat professional and enjoyable for everyone.
  • Provide real-time support to the breaker by answering hobby questions, locating information, and helping keep the show organized behind the scenes.
  • Assist with organizing products, preparing upcoming breaks, and supporting general break room operations between streams.
  • Learn the flow of Whatnot live selling, sports card breaking, and live-stream commerce from one of the fastest-growing teams in the hobby.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of sports cards, players, products, and today's hobby
  • Comfortable multitasking while following multiple conversations at once
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for sports and engaging with collectors
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure during fast-paced live streams
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Team-first mentality with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work evenings and late nights consistently
Bonus Points
  • Experience using Whatnot, Fanatics Live, or other live selling platforms
  • Previous moderator experience in livestreams, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, TikTok Live, or similar communities
  • Experience buying, selling, grading, or collecting sports cards
  • Familiarity with products from Panini, Topps, Upper Deck, Leaf, Fanatics, and PSA/BGS/SGC grading
