Duties and Responsibilities:
- You should be an expert on the menu, drink selections, and specials offered. You should also know the ingredients and available substitutions for all dishes and beverages.
- Professional appearance required.
- Deliver food and beverages in the proper order and requested by the customer. Proficient at using the POS system to enter order requests for the kitchen or bar to prepare for dine-in or takeout.
- Tent to all the customer's needs and offer suggestions that enhance the dining experience.
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player, helping out as needed.
- Monitor and maintain clean workspace and facility
- Perform side jobs like folding silverware, sweeping, etc.
