You must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships across four plus different business teams your leader(s) work across.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br>Calendar & Scheduling<br><br><ul><li> Manage complex calendars for multiple executives across global time zones, balancing Grocery leadership and business team priorities</li><li> Anticipate calendar-heavy seasons; proactively coordinate with Grocery partners and business EAs to protect critical time blocks</li><li> Provide backup calendaring support for peer EAs within the Grocery EA community<br><br></li></ul>Deliverables & Projects<br><br><ul><li> Track and drive completion of key deliverables and action items</li><li> End-to-end program management on team-wide initiatives and special projects</li><li> Prepare and review senior executive-level documents, including sensitive Grocery materials</li><li> Prepare and distribute meeting minutes with appropriate handling of confidential content<br><br></li></ul>Events & Team Activities<br><br><ul><li> Plan and execute team activities: staff meetings, all-teams, off-sites, talent reviews, operational planning, and social events</li><li> Contribute to EA team maintenance (meetings, training, mentoring, onboarding) for both Grocery and supported business teams</li><li> Manage meeting logistics including video/conference calls<br><br></li></ul>Travel & Expenses<br><br><ul><li> Coordinate domestic and international travel (cost-effective air, hotel, ground transportation with detailed itineraries)</li><li> Manage expense reimbursement, submission, and issue tracking</li><li> Liaison between Grocery leaders and their directs, and between Grocery and business leaders they partner with<br><br></li></ul>Culture & Community<br><br><ul><li> Contribute to the Grocery EA community through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and professional development</li><li> Embrace continuous learning, including AI tools, to evolve the EA function</li><li> Champion collaborative, inclusive team culture supporting work-life harmony<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience</li><li> High school or equivalent diploma</li><li> Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience leading process improvements</li><li> Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company</li><li> Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency<br><br></li></ul>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.<br><br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
