Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Associate

Location: 4710 Doss Rd., Austin, TX 78734 (Hudson Bend)
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour, based on experience
Bonus Opportunity: Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

ProPart USA is seeking a motivated, dependable, and growth-minded Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team. What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Pick and prepare parts accurately using pick tickets
  • Package and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Process domestic and international shipping and receiving activities
  • Assist with part “fit-up” activities to ensure proper alignment and sizing
  • Create and maintain part tags for incoming inventory
  • Provide estimated shipping weights and dimensions as requested
  • Support inventory cycle counts and stock checks
  • Perform quality control checks on inbound and outbound orders
  • Ensure 100% accuracy when picking and shipping products
  • Audit incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities to management
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred (experience using calipers, micrometers, or performing quality checks is a plus)
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience using UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other shipping software is a plus
  • Strong work ethic with proven reliability and longevity in previous roles
  • Positive attitude and desire to grow into a leadership position over time

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This position involves working in an active warehouse environment and requires the employee to safely perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, including the physical requirements listed below:

  • Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout an 8-hour workday
  • Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb as required to perform warehouse duties
  • Safely move throughout a warehouse environment, including around shelving, equipment, pallets, and moving materials
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment and tools, including forklifts or other material-handling equipment, as required
  • Handle and manipulate small parts and packaging materials
  • Perform repetitive motions involving the hands, wrists, and arms
  • Work safely and effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding safety, work assignments, and operational needs
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to workplace safety warnings and emergency situations

Work Environment

The employee will work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment and may be exposed to moving equipment, machinery, varying temperatures, noise, dust, and other typical warehouse conditions.
