Youre the kind of recruiter who remembers the details, follows up because you actually care, and takes real pride in making candidates feel seen throughout the process — not just moved through a pipeline.</p> </div> </div> <div> <div> <p>In this role, youll own the full recruitment life cycle for Advanced Practice Provider positions across our multi-state practices, connecting talented CNMs, WHNPs, and other APPs with clinical teams that are doing truly meaningful work for women and families. Youll be a key part of a small, collaborative recruiting team where your contributions are visible, valued, and directly tied to patient impact.</p> </div> </div> <p><strong>What Youll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles, including:<br /> <ul> <li>Sourcing passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, and other specialty talent resources, as well as generating referrals</li> <li>Reviewing resumes and initiating thoughtful, personalized outreach to prospective candidates</li> <li>Conducting in-depth initial interviews to assess fit for each sites specific needs</li> <li>Coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Building and nurturing candidate pipelines for current and future openings</li> </ul> </li> <li>Maintain consistent, proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process; escalate questions or concerns to hiring managers and leadership as appropriate</li> <li>Deliver routine and ad hoc hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager</li> <li>Perform other duties as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of this role</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience / Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>A minimum of 1 year of dedicated womens health recruiting experience is REQUIRED</strong></li> <li>Experience recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Womens Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) strongly preferred; familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice, credentialing requirements, and compensation benchmarks is a significant plus</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; Greenhouse experience a plus</li> <li>Experience with Google Suite</li> <li>Experience Sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools</li> <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a warm, relationship-driven approach</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly to candidates, hiring managers, and clinical leaders</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation</li> <li>Medical, dental & vision plans with HSA/FSA option</li> <li>401(k) with employer match</li> <li>Paid time off</li> <li>Paid parental leave</li> </ul> <p><strong>Diana Health Culture:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Growth mindset — continuous learning and improvement are in our DNA</li> <li>Positive, can-do, how can I help? attitude</li> <li>Deep empathy for our team, our candidates, and our patients</li> <li>Ownership mentality — we drive to results</li> </ul> <p> </p>
