Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Third Shift Customer Solutions Representative to support our operations during evening hours. This is a fully remote position (with the exception of training) that is primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service over the phone, assisting customers in a timely manner, and dispatching service calls to our talented team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

This position reports directly to the Office Manager and requires working during our evening shift hours from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Tuesday through Saturday. The starting pay for this role is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Third Shift Customer Solutions Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that contribute to our overall success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Inbound and Outbound Phone Communications: You will answer inbound phone calls to schedule service jobs and handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, you will initiate outbound phone calls to schedule service calls and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: You will handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring that each customer receives the highest level of service. This includes answering questions about our services, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information.
  • Technician Dispatching: One of the most critical aspects of this role is dispatching the correct technician to each job based on qualifications, geography, and customer preference. You will use our advanced dispatching software to effectively plan and route service calls.
  • Software Utilization: You will utilize our proprietary scheduling and dispatching systems to effectively plan and manage job assignments. Proficiency in learning and adapting to new software platforms is essential.
  • Proactive Customer Communication: You will proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and any updates to their service appointments. Clear and timely communication is key to maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Technician Coordination: You will communicate with technicians regarding their availability, expected completion times, and any changes to their schedules. Building strong relationships with our field team is essential for seamless operations.
  • Data Accuracy: You will ensure the accuracy of all details, including customer name, phone number, address, and service requirements, on all scheduled calls. Attention to detail is crucial to prevent errors and ensure quality service.
  • Administrative Support: You will perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers within the organization. This may include data entry, documentation, and other office-related tasks.
  • High Interaction with Customers and Technicians: This role involves significant interaction with both residential and commercial customers, as well as our team of service technicians. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for success.
