<br><p>The Technical Interoperability Lead is a hands-on technical position responsible for leading complex enterprise implementations involving healthcare interoperability, APIs, FHIR, identity and authentication, healthcare data standards, and system integrations.</p><p>This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customer implementations, partnering with customer technical teams, implementation partners, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to assess technical requirements, determine feasibility, develop integration strategies, and guide successful implementation.</p><p>The Technical Interoperability Lead will translate complex business and technical requirements into practical implementation plans while identifying technical risks, dependencies, and system-level considerations. This position requires strong systems thinking, technical problem-solving, independent decision-making, and the ability to move between high-level architecture and hands-on implementation details.</p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary technical owner for assigned enterprise implementations, leading interoperability planning and technical execution from initial discovery through successful delivery.</li><li>Evaluate technical requirements and solution feasibility while identifying tradeoffs and recommending approaches that align with customer needs and platform capabilities.</li><li>Assess interoperability requirements within the broader customer technology environment, including systems of record, integration points, system boundaries, dependencies, and data flows.</li><li>Lead and participate in technical discovery sessions, interoperability workshops, architecture discussions, and implementation planning sessions.</li><li>Partner with customer technical leaders, implementation partners, technology vendors, and internal teams to establish technical direction and drive alignment.</li><li>Analyze technical documentation and artifacts, delivery.</li><li>Demonstrated experience serving as a technical owner for complex enterprise implementations or interoperability projects.</li><li>Strong experience evaluating technical approaches, identifying tradeoffs, and making independent technical recommendations.</li><li>Experience working directly with technical stakeholders, including enterprise architects, developers, IT leaders,
