The Professional Division of Spherion Mid Ohio is partnering with a well-established Richland County, Ohio organization seeking a Part Time Administrative Coordinator to join its team. This opportunity is offering an hourly pay of $20-$22/hr.

The Part Time Administrative Coordinator will support several important areas of the organization including administrative operations, member management, event coordination, software tracking, research, and follow up.

This is not a role for someone who wants to wait for a list of tasks each day. The team is looking for someone who can learn the process, take ownership of their responsibilities, and keep things moving.

Position Snapshot
" Approximately 20 hours per week
" Monday through Friday preferred
" Approximately 4 hours per day
" Hours will fall within the office schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
" Some flexibility may be available for the right person
" $20-$22 per hour
" Onsite in Mansfield, Ohio
" Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing
A major focus of the Part Time Administrative Coordinator will be managing information through a specialized software platform.
You will learn the system, research account details, communicate with outside contacts, maintain accurate records, track activity, and provide clear updates on progress.
This part of the position requires persistence and follow through. If information is incomplete or someone has not responded, you will be expected to continue working the process, document what you learn, and move things toward resolution.

Additional responsibilities will include:
" Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports
" Researching account information and documenting findings
" Communicating with outside contacts regarding information and next steps
" Tracking activity, follow up, and results
" Managing member and partner records
" Assisting with renewals and payment tracking through Square
" Staying in touch with current members
" Supporting occasional outreach to prospective members
" Coordinating the organization's annual meeting from start to finish
" Working with venues, caterers, vendors, sponsors, and other partners
" Managing invitations, RSVPs, payments, event details, and follow up
" Providing front desk coverage and assisting visitors
" Supporting additional administrative projects as needs arise
