Today, BaubleBar’s unabashedly optimistic perspective can be found across multiple accessory categories sold direct-to-consumer and in over 8,500 retail stores globally.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support both accounts payable and accounts receivable and to help monitor employee travel and expense activity. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Controller on AR and cash applications, and with the Accounting Supervisor on AP and T&E, making sure invoices, payments, and employee expenses are processed accurately and on time in our systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, who prides themselves on accuracy with a customer-service orientation. There is an opportunity to expand responsibilities into GL work, reconciliations, and process improvement projects as you develop and the company scales.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Enter, code and post vendor bills in NetSuite, ensuring accurate GL, department/class/location tagging
  • Process invoices and payment requests through NetSuite and AP automation tools such as BILL and/or Tipalti
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor invoice approval workflows in BILL or Tipalti and follow up with approvers to ensure timely processing
  • Assist with vendor onboarding and maintenance, including payment details, tax documentation, and vendor records in AP platforms
  • Assist with departmental and vendor inquiries

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Assist in posting daily customer receipts for wholesale customers into NetSuite and apply cash to open invoices
  • Assist with wholesale customer onboarding
  • Prepare customer statements and assist with basic collection follow-up as directed by the Asst. Controller

Travel & Expense Monitoring

  • Review employee expense reports and corporate card transactions in Ramp for receipts, business purpose, accurate coding, and compliance with the company T&E policy
  • Monitor missing receipts, policy exceptions, submission issues in Ramp, and follow-up with employees and managers as needed
  • Support expense approval follow-up, posting and reconciliation of employee reimbursements and corporate card accounts to NetSuite

General Accounting Support

  • Assist with routine journal entries and account reconciliations related to AP, AR, and T&E
  • Help prepare schedules and documentation for month-end close and audits
  • Perform other finance and administrative tasks as needed in a lean, hands-on accounting team

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

Required

  • 2-3+ years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or a product-based business
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and comfort working in an ERP-driven environment
  • Solid Excel skills and familiarity with cloud-based tools (BILL or similar AP workflow tools, Google Workspace, Ramp, or similar T&E tools)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage high transaction volume while meeting deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach with vendors, customers, and internal teams
  • Position will be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.) Standard working hours to coincide with 9:00am-6:00pm EST

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Starting hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $28.00. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
  • Be part of a high-functioning, small accounting team where your work is visible, your contributions matter and you’ll build expertise in a modern toolset
  • Full-time benefits include PTO accrual, 10 paid Company Holidays, Company paid Life Insurance & more!
  • Company laptop, free monthly product allowance, and employee discounts
  • Regular interaction with operations, purchasing, logistics and sales, giving you a broad view of how Finance supports growth
